Guatemala Adoptions
- Infants, toddlers, and younger children are available
- Small, private orphanage care, some foster homes
- Referrals within one month, including photograph and medical report (including validation that the child has tested negative for syphillis, Hepatitis B, and HIV)
- Assistance with document preparation specific to Guatemala’s requirements
- 9-10 months to bring child home (after dossier is received in the country)
- Facilitate travel plans and arrangements in Guatemala
- Stay only 4-5 days in the country
- Available to families in Connecticut and any other state in the U.S. (parents must be willing to travel to meet the Executive Director of Rainbow Adoptions)
