and panic in fact i can look back over my life at different ages that i was and nearly know what that year’s worry was i didn’t know at the time that that was in fact anxiety and ocd it was without treatment i didn’t have medication for it i wasn’t in treatment for it so i’ve basically been struggling my entire life without any kind of help i didn’t believe that i needed the help i thought i could simply do it on my own on my 27th birthday in 2016 i started to independently document my mental health journey and my strategy was is that year i was going to change mentally simply by share will today is the early morning of my 27th birthday i have actually been living with ocd my whole life every single year every single minute has been littered with worry and fear that constantly pan out to be nothing i’ve never delighted in anything due to some concern and i’m ready to stop that i enjoy i feel really confident today that didn’t happen three years later on i came across talk space actually i didn’t stumble across it you guys the fat tuesday fam which is the people who enjoy my videos if you’re new to my channel it was just some random live stream we started discussing mental health and you men let me learn about talk space which altered everything oh boy everything is real messy in here get the pet hair off i don’t understand if you people understand this i believe i’ve informed some of you but like i i deal with some psychological stuff going on and um i was on instagram live the other day and the fat tuesday fam who which i have actually spilled coffee all over you men and i’m sorry you men really informed me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this whole early morning i truly was struggling and i struggled basically like every each and every single early morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have actually always sucked they have actually constantly been really hard mental days for me i do not understand what’s next i’m just gon na attempt this out i might hate it i don’t understand i don’t actually want to get a therapist i have actually constantly wanted to simply handle my psychological stuff without needing to get one because to me i just um i just don’t wish to need to go through all of this and i do not want to have to tell individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i just do not feel like doing all of this and i really just wanted to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after nearly 30 years of attempting so we’re gon na enter that today
