We are pleased to announce that Rainbow Adoptions International has a new partnership with MAPS Adoptions and Humanitarian Aid based in Portland, Maine. MAPS has had a firm commitment to providing support through humanitarian aid projects for children and families in other countries since 1977. MAPS has placed over 4,000 children with loving, permanent families, and Rainbow Adoptions International is proud to be affiliated with them! The current International programs available through MAPS are: CHINA RUSSIA INDIA KAZAKHSTAN PERU GUATEMALA NEPAL   Adoptive families who live in Connecticut will use Rainbow Adoptions International to complete a state-required home study, and will use MAPS as the placing agency for the international part of the adoption. By working together, we can guide families through the entire adoption process, from the initial application the adoption itself, and post-adoption services. Rainbow Adoptions International and MAPS will be offering FREE Informational Sessions throughout the year, which will explain the international adoption process and more country-specific details.
