 Our Commitment:

  • Rainbow Adoptions International Inc. embraces the diversity of all families!
  • We are committed to providing services for all types of traditional and non-traditional families.
  • We welcome families of any race or religious background.
  • We are especially committed to making sure that a family is ready to adopt.
  • We work on a very individualized, personal level to assist you through every step of the adoption process.
  • We will work with dedication and efficiency to help you realize your dream of becoming a parent.

Working with Other Agencies:
Rainbow Adoptions International Inc. works in partnership with other placing agencies, both within and outside the state of Connecticut. An identified placing agency is in charge of the referral process of a child, whether through a domestic or international adoption. Rainbow Adoptions International Inc. is focused on evaluating the potential adoptive family through the home-study process, and then supporting the family members as they are matched with a particular child and birth family.

Our Classes:
Rainbow Adoptions International Inc. provides infant-care classes. This involves a hands-on approach to learning the basics of caring for children younger than two years of age.

The classes are specifically designed for adoptive parents (singles and couples), and cover information and demonstrations about bathing, feeding, dressing and traveling with a baby.

Classes are taught by a registered nurse and a child psychologist, and are open to any adoptive family (either affiliated or unaffiliated with Rainbow Adoptions International Inc.).

There is a fee charged, and pre-registration is required.
